By accessing or using Stitch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Stitch is a browser-based SVG-to-embroidery digitizer. The Service allows you to upload SVG files, configure stitch settings, preview embroidery output in real time, and download machine-readable embroidery files in formats including DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, and EMB.
Stitch runs entirely in your browser. No desktop software or plugins are required. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Stitch offers the following plans:
We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing. If we change pricing for a paid plan, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
If payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend your account until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email before taking any action on your account due to a payment issue.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
Your content: You retain full ownership of any SVG files you upload and any embroidery files you generate using the Service. Stitch does not claim any rights over your designs. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not store your files longer than necessary to complete the conversion.
Our software: The Stitch application, including its source code, algorithms, interface design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Stitch and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Stitch, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stitch and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you are on the Free plan, our total liability is limited to $50.
Stitch does not guarantee that exported embroidery files will produce perfect results on every machine. You are responsible for testing your files before committing to a final stitch-out. Stitch is not liable for damage to materials, machines, or garments resulting from the use of files generated by the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us at support@justdigitizeit.com or through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice before terminating your account.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and warranty disclaimers.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
